Can I cancel my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we are unable to accommodate returns. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Where do you deliver to and how does this work?

We are a very small business utilizing a $30 flat rate courier service within San Francisco city limits. For deliveries outside of San Francisco (Bay Area only), please see our sample quotes or for an exact quote add any item to the shopping cart with your recipient’s zip code.

  • Please ensure that the recipient will be available during the selected delivery window.

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery windows due to restrictions such as traffic, third-party errors, etc, and some deliveries that could occur before or after the preferred delivery window. Thanks again for your patience!

  • Ray Florets employs a third party service for deliveries. Should any hiccups occur due to an error on their part, we pledge to do our absolute best to resolve them in the shortest amount of time. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience!

Can I pickup?

Please let us know which specific date and time is best for your pickup window.

We also offer easy curbside pickup from our Union Square Store location and when you arrive it's as simple as giving us a call at 415.475.9469 to let us know you have arrived, or come on in!

Does someone need to be available to receive the arrangement at the time of delivery?

Yes, it is important to ensure that someone will be available to receive your flowers at the time of delivery — Due to the fragility and perishable nature of flowers, we want to ensure that your flowers are up to standard once received. Please specify if our courier can leave the arrangement with a neighbor, receptionist, etc. if there is a chance that you/the recipient will not be available.

What if no one is available to receive the arrangement at the time of delivery?

Our courier will make his/her best judgment to drop-off the arrangement in the most secure location at the specified address that you will provide at checkout. In the event that the arrangements are left without being hand-delivered to a recipient, our courier will provide photo evidence of drop-off once delivered. Due to the high cost of courier service, we cannot offer redeliveries at this time.

What if the arrangement was damaged? 

If you are unhappy with the quality of your arrangement, please email us within 24 hours. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. No refunds or replacements will be made after this time period.


How do I take care of my arrangement?

Place your arrangement in a shaded, cool area that receives indirect sunlight. Cooler temperatures help preserve the blooms. Avoid heat, direct sunlight, windows, and even fruit!

  • Wraps are given a temporary water supply to ensure longevity. To replenish it, add water through the middle of the bouquet daily.

  • Vases should have their water changed every couple days. Empty the vase, pour in a packet of flower food and add enough tap water to dissolve it. Return your trimmed bouquet to the clean vase, adding water to a height just beneath the first leaves.

  • If your arrangement contains floral foam, carefully pour out the old water by tipping it to one side. Using a watering can or other large, pourable container, dissolve a packet of flower food in tap water and pour it back into the arrangement, thoroughly saturating the foam.

  • To maximize the lifespan of your flowers, remove wilted or dead blooms immediately as they can grow mold and contaminate the live blooms!

While we strive to always deliver beautiful fresh blooms, flowers are unpredictable by their very nature. We know there is a chance that the arrangements will not always be perfect 100% of the time, but we always strive for the best possible experience for our customers.
